Thannon's work is led directly by its founder, who has managed complex projects from concept to completion for the Ministry of Municipality, as a seconded project controls manager through leading consultancies from 2022 to 2026.

Before that, he was a partner and construction manager at Integrated Farm, a leading aquaponic farm consultancy in Qatar, and advised a trading company in Malaysia on procurement and supply chain. He started his career as a cost estimator, quality engineer and construction manager assistant at a Grade A contractor in Qatar.

That mix of client-side, consultant-side and contractor-side experience is what Thannon brings to each engagement.
